After Malaysia, Singapore and Sumatra it is time to explore Java in Indonesia – the island which impressed me the most! It was the first time in my life to hike an active volcano and stand on the edge of the crater. A dream came true!
Besides I visited the capital of Indonesia – Jakarta and took the train to Yogyakarta to visit a friend from Tansania who is studying there. On the 3-day-volcano-tour I climed up “Bromo volcano” and “Kawah Ijen” with the biggest acid volcano lake. Read more on my INDONESIA PAGE.
